Shipping & Returns

General Information

Deliveries are made using the most suitable service for the size and destination of the order. Small packages are normally sent via Fastway and larger packages or pallets are sent via Mainfreight.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on destination but may be from overnight up to 3 days. 

Cancellations

No cancellations are accepted.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be happy with the products and the service you receive from us. If there is a problem with your product, please contact us in the first instance and let us know. We’ll do our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible. The Directors at the company are happy to discuss any problem you may have on a personal basis to resolve any issues quickly.

We guarantee the workmanship & quality of our ornaments. Any manufacturing defect will either be repaired or a replacement ornament made. We will also replace any ornament that is damaged in transit.

In the case of a damaged ornament we require photographic evidence or return of ornament for examination to enable an insurance claim.

Note: Faulty workmanship claims must be made within 21 days of receipt of goods.

Refunds

No refunds are available - replacement, exchange or repair only.

Damaged Packages

Damage claims must be made upon unpacking of goods or 24 hours of receipt.
